CLEAN FOOD DIET EBOOK REVIEW

I fell in love with this book because of the simplicity in explaining things and at the same time provides excellent advice on preparing healthy yet tasty recipes.I used to have a misconception that for a recipe to be tasty, you need to put a lot of effort and time into it. But this book proves that i am wrong. It explains in a detailed yet simple manner, how to prepare tasty, healthy recipes in no time. 50 recipes are very well detailed and explained. 

Thai tomato soup and cabbage soup are my favorite recipes from this book. Previously i didn't have much liking for cabbage soup. But this book convinced me that cabbage can taste good too!! One more recipe I am trying more often is the Mexican bean salad, omg, it is so yummyy!! Wish I can share a virtual bite with you so you can feel the taste!! 


 I learnt that eating healthy and clean is a lifestyle, it is not something like your regular fad diets that make you even more unhealthy. Water is the fuel that runs our body and the author definitely motivated me to drink more water. I always knew that sodas are unhealthy but I couldn't stop me from grabbing one daily. This book made me ditch soda, may be mostly,i should say. I still have my cheat time lol..but yeah i reduced the intake of soda to a great extent. The author somehow was successful in tricking me to ditch my soda and grab a glass of water to satisfy my thirsty cravings. 

The author stresses that cooking your own food is a much healthier and cheaper option. You can have a clean diet and be guilt free at the same time. You don't have to spend your hard earned dollars on some crap that you buy from the restaurants, which is ripped off the nutrients, vitamins and minerals and is almost in the stage of death. Instead, you can just grab this book, pick out a recipe, go for a grocery shopping which can always be made exciting fun especially when you are buying lots of colorful fruits and veggies, sit at the comfort of your own kitchen,be the master chef and whip out some yummy recipes. They not only taste good but are healthy too. The best thing is they are way cheaper than the readymade food or instant food or..whatever you wanna call it!
